Experienced Customer Success Manager will play an integral role in our success by growing accounts and building long-term relationships that result in thriving businesses and happy teams! You’ll help steer customers towards seamless usage and adoption of our products by seeking to understand their individual needs and then you’ll work with them and our teams in order to drive towards the customer’s desired outcomes. You’ll also work with our customers to drive advocacy and create champions of Appsian within your customer base.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget as well as ensure that projects are completed on time. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. You will play a key role in understanding a customer's business needs and working with them to bring value to their business via the Appsian product line. At the same time, you will help internal teams understand why a customer would churn or choose to grow with our services.
1. Generate and issue SPC codes to enable continued customer use of software
2. Record the updated SPC codes in internal IT systems as per process
3. Generate website logins for customers on request, firstly following the internal approvals process to ensure no unauthorized access to our software download pages
4. Answer questions re: what functionality is available at what software release, reasons to upgrade, outline of upgrade process

Architects work in a continuous improvement framework to implement new processes as well as to enhance efficiency, resiliency, performance, and security of existing solutions.
Systems Architects draw from a diverse IT background from multiple layers of the solution stack and strong problem solving skills to understand stakeholder requirements and to be able to research and suggest solutions to challenges. They assist with planning and lead implementation of changes to support approved solutions.
Core Competencies :
The Compliance Manager reports to the Senior Director of IT and Platforms and works to ensure Appsian compliance with third-party audit certifications. They manage existing programs to ensure continued compliance as well as direct the organization to achieve new certifications. They work with stakeholders throughout the company to ensure compliance of and document proof of controls as well as direct remediation of compliance issues if required. They also take the lead on engagement with auditors to achieve and maintain compliance as well as completing diligence questionnaires from prospective and existing customers.
The Compliance Manager will draw from their background in IT certification management, organization and project management abilities, and communication skills to effectively execute all lifecycle phases of organization compliance programs. They will draw on their understanding of certification requirements to ensure Appsian is compliant at the highest levels to ensure protection of all data stored in our cloud platforms.

The Cloud Architect reports to the Senior Director of IT and Platforms and works as part of a product team to implement and support cloud platform delivery efforts. They work with the product and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver a SaaS version of our products to customers. Architects work in a continuous improvement framework to implement new processes as well as to maximize and enhance the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Appsian cloud offerings.
The Cloud Architect will draw from their understanding of Cloud-scale infrastructure control, microservice lifecycle processes, cloud-native tools, virtual infrastructure management, configuration management, DevOps, and security best practices to manage all infrastructure operations for product delivery. They will have a strong bias toward automation to standardize and simplify delivery and management of our cloud products. Architects draw from their experience in multiple layers of the solution stack and strong problem solving skills to understand platform requirements and be able to implement solid, deliverable solutions to challenges. They actively work with the Senior Cloud Architect to plan and implement design changes to improve the product delivery architecture. Cloud Architects also act as a second-level resource for customer support issues that involve the delivery layer of our cloud offerings.
